WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE A SQUAD YET?

You can do one of two things:

Enlist solo for now, then work on putting together your squad.
Wait to enlist until you have a squad. But, then again, why?

DO I NEED A SQUAD?

Co-mission, on of the essential elements of Mission, is reliant on the support of a community. This doesn't necessarily have to be an enlisted squad, but to be in a group of people living Mission along with you is extremely valuable.
You could have community in other ways, but...why not just all enlist?

WHERE DO I GET A SQUAD?

Wherever you find people who can support and encourage you in your mission, and to whom you can do the same. Some ideas include friends, parish, youth group, family members, or strangers (if you're adventurous).

They can also be your groups from REVIVE or DISCIPLE.
